All products sold on dealshore.com are digital downloads delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded.
If your files are defective, corrupt, or incomplete, contact us at contact@dealshore.com within 14 days of purchase and we will replace the files or fix the issue promptly.
If you were charged in error (duplicate charge), contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund duplicate charges.
Chargebacks: please contact us first at contact@dealshore.com before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
